About

Stacy Jo is a Korean-American singer-songwriter based in Boston, Massachusetts. As one of the first students to be accepted into the Harvard-Berklee dual degree program in 2017, Stacy has worked non-stop to improve her craft as an artist, as well as excel in her academic studies as a pre-medical student with a now-earned B.A. in Human Evolutionary Biology (with a minor in Music).

Beyond her passion as a singer-songwriter, Stacy is an accomplished producer, piano-player, dancer, music director and arranger, taking inspiration from a multitude of genres including country, jazz, K-pop, gayo (Korean popular music), R&B, EDM, and musical theatre. Stacy believes in the power of musical healing, in which writing and music have the capacity to offer release and solace from emotional turmoil. Stacy strives to offer messages of hope, life, and health entangled together in her future musical work.

“Work needs no defense. It speaks for itself every time.”
